Sheryl is the founder and president of Island Breeze Ministries, LLC. A Maryland State licensed mental health therapist, certified life coach, and EMDR clinician. She holds a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Business. She has over 30 years of combined experience in the financial, communication, and mental health services, where she focuses on meeting the needs of clients.

Sheryl is passionate about helping hurting people and supporting individuals, couples, and families in fulfilling their God-given potential. That passion inspired her to establish Island Breeze Ministries. She counsels in various areas including grief, trauma, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, as well as marital issues, and family conflict.

She is also purposeful about helping people develop spiritually. She believes that a well-developed spiritual life is essential to facing and overcoming life’s challenges. Sheryl is committed to partnering others in becoming everything God created them to be.
